What we carry.
- Registered Veranstalter in Germany — Klassikolmusik Entertainment
- Event registration with the city, where the rules ask for it
- GEMA — filed for the night
- Artist contracts, including the withholding-tax side when an artist flies in from outside Germany
- Liability insurance — proof on request
These are the organiser’s duties, and we run them. This is not legal advice. Every night is confirmed in writing before it is announced.
How it runs.
8 WEEKS OUT
Room, date, format and budget agreed. Line-up confirmed. Contracts signed.
4 WEEKS OUT
Registration, GEMA, insurance done. The look of the room is designed. Promotion starts.
THE NIGHT
Load-in. Soundcheck. Doors. Host on, DJ on, band on. Door and settlement.
AFTER
Photos and video delivered. Account closed. Next date on the table.
Formats.
Club night — DJ-led, host on the mic, one guest performance. 22:00 until late.
Concert night — King of Men and the band as the headliner, support act and DJ around it.
Cultural or corporate programme — one or two curated hours inside your event, with an MC who reads the room.
Private celebration — the music, the host and the room for a wedding, a milestone, a traditional ceremony in Europe.
